Through helping people discover and utilize a deeper connection to their breath, Eliza helps people understand how to use their breath to manage stress and overwhelm, and to achieve mental, emotional, physical and spiritual well-being.

She believes it is through working with our breath that we can heal so many of the ailments that we face today, and she is continually amazed at the profound healing effects found through something as simple as breathwork.
